In this course, students explore, evaluate, and create goals to help them become more physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually balanced. This class takes a holistic, or whole person, approach to nutrition and fitness. At the same time, it explores alternative healing and simple lifestyle changes that can make every day a bit more fulfilling as well as treat both major and minor disease. Upon completing this class, students will develop a personal plan for achieving holistic wellness every day.
