This club will empower students to take control of their physical, mental and emotional well-being, while also exploring ways to positively impact their communities and the world. Some of our activities will encompass the following: virtual workouts and fitness challenges, mindfulness and meditation sessions, healthy lifestyle discussions and guest speakers.
